Coffee

I keep two maps of coffee shops, updated wherever I travel. The first is the short one: places I have verified for excellent pour-over, often from producers working with advanced fermentations, the corner of coffee I find most interesting. The second is the wider list of speciality shops worth a detour. Two more maps do the same for restaurants.
